Swine Flu Vaccine
Hi everyone, it has been awhile since I have been on this site, but recent events have compelled me to share something. In the last few months, there has been much controversy over the so-called H1N1 virus; what it is exactly, and how it should be treated. Popular wisdom has it that this flu has three parts, and therefore the vaccine against it is made up of three components: swine flu, avian flu, and human flu. We have been told that while older adults seem to have at least some immunity to this flu if they were around for the swine flu bug 0f 1978, younger adults and children have no such immunity, and are virtually defenseless against it. The CDC has reported over 500 fatalities to the H1N1 virus in children under 18 this year. The first wave of swine flu vaccine was available October 15; the next wave is scheduled for Nov.15th; although only about one fifth of the projected vaccine has been made available, due in part to the slow growth of the virus. Much has been said pro or con about getting the vaccine. But recently some information has come to light that may point to a more sinister motive for the government in providing this vaccine. It has been said that in the state of Oklahoma, the H1N1 vaccine will be mandatory for every man, woman, and child. To that end, I have come across two videos that I think are important for people to see, not only to make an informed decision about whether or not to receive the vaccine, but also to be made aware of the possible consequences if you should choose not to get it.

Every year 36,000 people die from the regular flu, 60,000 people die from pneumonia and 7.6 million people die from cancer. In the historical influenza pandemic of 1918 it is estimated that 675,000 Americans died. Although it was deadly and severe there were survivors. My grandfather, was one of them.
ReplyDeleteEvery single medicine that is produced comes with a list of possible side effects that they can cause. Not everyone is going to be effected by them in the same way. Whether the H1N1 flu vaccine or the virus is or isn't a tool in the hands of the government the fact is that people die daily of diseases that are much more deadly.
I have seen patients who have come down with the H1N1 virus in our office, some of them are co-workers. It can be deadly but so can choking on food, or drowning in pools, or driving a car, or crossing a street. I think if the government was going to engineer a deadly virus that was going to wipe us all out it is more likely to be called cancer because I believe that the odds of people dieing of cancer are higher than the odds of people dieing from the H1N1 virus or getting the vaccine. I was vaccinated today with the H1N1 vaccine. The office was only able to obtain enough serum for 50 people due to the shortage of the vaccine. We were not forced in any way to get the shot. We were given a questionnaire to fill out to see if we could even have one. There are allergies the could prevent you from taking the shot and just like the regular flu vaccine they don't want you to take it if you are currently sick. The only thing that was ever stated was that the Administration wanted to make sure that those employees that are highly exposed to the virus(ones with the most patient contact) would have the opportunity to get the shot if they wanted it. They wanted to make sure that our one Medical assistant who is very pregnant would have the option since the mortality rate is 40% if she were to get the virus and they also wanted the vaccine to be offered to staff that have medical issues that could make them in the high risk status. Not everyone took it, some declined. I took it because I have asthma and when I get a cold it usually goes into bronchitis. I have been so ill at times that I have to sit up to sleep so that I can breathe! I decided that the affect from the shot could not be as bad as what I have seen or heard of from those that have actually had the virus. I was a bit concerned about the possible side effects but I have never had any with the regular vaccine and or any other vaccination that I have ever taken, polio, diptheria, TB etc. The bottom line is this for me: God is in control of my life. Not the government or anyone else on this earth. The real epidemic is the tragedy of lost souls that don't know Him or have a personal saving relationship with His Son Jesus Christ.
